A 6 week programme that will equip 15 women who are either unemployed or inspirational to support with the development of their confidence and skills to create their own enterprise. They will be assisted and supported by 15 care leavers and claimants in their journey in turning their ideas into reality. If women set up businesses at the same rate as men, the UK would have an additional one million entrepreneurs (Source: greatbusiness.gov.uk)

Nilgun thought ESOL for 35 years getting her teaching qualifications from City & Guilds. She dedicatedly worked in voluntary sector at WPUK community organisation and coordinated numerous community projects funded by ESF and London DA by being awarded as” organisation of the year” with the community project called RAINBOW. Nilgun has wide range of experience at Leonardo LLP programmes as project coordinator and project partner for national and transnational EFS projects.
Cagla Duman graduated with a bachelor degree in Sociology in Turkey. She worked for Ministry of Youth for 2 years as a sociologist. She also worked on numbers of projects as a mentor or trainer for Ministry of Development, Academy of Democracy, National Youth Parliament, Refugee Forum, WPUK …etc She came to London in 2011 and established her own company. Her company provides PR& Event management services to small businesses.
Lifetime Learning Charity
Founder of Lifetime Learning Charity that provides free Life-skills and IT training courses to tackle unemployment. Aykut Sadi graduated from the London School of Economics with a MSc in Statistics, worked for London Business School for 2.5 years as a statistician, worked for Local Authorities as a senior statistical consultant for 7 years. His company provides statistical consultancy, MIS software to primary and secondary schools.

Aslihan is an IT engineer; she graduated from the University of Westminster with a Computer Science degree. She was born in the UK ; her first language is English . She does translation alongside her expertise. She works at WPUK voluntarily.She is currently taking up a course, Certificate in English Language Teaching to Speakers of Other Languages (CELTA).
Fatih has been teaching ESOL for 18 years with teaching qualifications from London City University . He has been working in the voluntary sector at WPUK community organisation as an ESOL teacher and course director .Fatih has wide range of experience at Leonardo LLP programmes ( ERASMUS + ) as a project partner for national and transnational EFS projects .
Mugla Sıtkı Kocman University
She is a Lecturer and psychotherapist. Fethiye President of the Women’s Council. She has degree and Masters Interaction, Group Psychotherapy, Sociometry Group therapist. She is experienced Leonardo Da Vinci Pilot Project: Program of Lifelong Learning: Lifelong Learning in the Field of Social Action Program, Multi-partner Innovation Transfer Projects and Rainbow project. She is experienced in training for immigrant women and women victim of violence oriented to work in health and social care.
Eylem Ugurlu received an MBA in Hospitality Management from University of Wales, and she did receive her teaching qualification from City & Guilds. She was teaching Level 5 and 6 Business Management modules in Docklands Academy, London.
Her professional interests focus on contemporary approaches to hospitality teaching, thematic planning and cooperative learning.
Pradeep specialises in developing and delivering personal and leadership development workshops for senior leaders, mid-level managers and young people.
As a Talent Manager he was instrumental in driving the global graduate development agenda spreading across 15+ countries.
He is currently pursuing his research in Leadership and is passionate about Leadership Development. He also holds a Diploma in Training and Development, an Award in Education & Training (AET, UK) and a Certificate in Coaching (pursuing) approved by the British Psychological Society.
She was born in İstanbul in 1981. In 2003, the undergraduate education at Marmara University Faculty of Economics, and in 2006 has also made the masters in the Middle East Economics.
She worked as customer representation, trainer and training specialist in the Company Turkcell Global Bilgi for 10 years.
